What we focus on

Telperion Software is the services brand of Telperion Group LLC. We build AI agents and automation for network and IT operations teams, connect AI to the systems businesses actually run, and deploy it where their data rules allow — including air-gapped and regulated environments.

The work is led by a network engineer with two decades in service-provider operations: Juniper cores, BGP/MPLS/IS-IS, NETCONF automation, and multi-source telemetry. That background is why our agents are built around read-only access, human approval, and confirmed commits. See what we've built.

How we work

Assessment before platform. Every engagement starts with paid discovery because every environment is different. Before promising a solution, we map the landscape and identify what would actually move the needle.

Brownfield by default. Existing tools, scripts, workflows, and infrastructure matter. Modernization should build on what works instead of pretending the slate is clean.

Your infrastructure, your data. We specialize in on-premise and private deployments. Your data doesn't have to leave your network for AI to be useful.

Our name

Telperion was the elder of the Two Trees of Valinor in Tolkien's legendarium — a silver tree whose light became the Moon. For us, it is a reminder that durable systems can be the roots of new capability rather than something to discard.
