About Telperion Software

What we focus on

Telperion Software is the services brand of Telperion Group LLC. We integrate AI into existing systems, build custom software for operational teams, and deploy solutions that run on your infrastructure — including air-gapped and regulated environments.

We also build Netmon, an ISP network monitoring suite born from real operational experience with Juniper networks, NETCONF automation, and multi-source telemetry. It's both a product and proof of what we build.

How we work

Assessment before platform. Every engagement starts with paid discovery because every environment is different. Before promising a solution, we map the landscape and identify what would actually move the needle.

Brownfield by default. Existing tools, scripts, workflows, and infrastructure matter. Modernization should build on what works instead of pretending the slate is clean.

Your infrastructure, your data. We specialize in on-premise and private deployments. Your data doesn't have to leave your network for AI to be useful.

Our name

Telperion was the elder of the Two Trees of Valinor in Tolkien's legendarium — a silver tree whose light became the Moon. For us, it is a reminder that durable systems can be the roots of new capability rather than something to discard.
